Please remove the 'dante' account and change my account name

I want to use the account http://launchpad.net~dante but is currently in use (Someone named DarkSpecter).
The user (DarkSpecter) is inactive since 2005.
Please remove this account, and if it is possible, change my account name (from http://launchpad.net/~dante.diaz to http://launchpad.net/~dante)
