Allow movement of packages for obsolete release to other ppa

In past it was possible to copy-binaries of obsoleted releases to other ppa.
This option is very useful for storing older packages for archival and reference purposes.
Please consider re-enabling uploads of pre-built (copy-binaries) to obsolete releases.

Please could you file a bug report on Launchpad itself (https://bugs.launchpad.net/launchpad) about this? This sort of thing doesn't fit well as a question.
