Requesting permission to build for ARM

I would like to build for ARM systems for ppa:jvictors/tor-dev

I'm building small applications that take less than 10 minutes to build. I also push fairly infrequently. Moreover, most of my builds land in my testing PPA first (where I don't need ARM), and if they build successfully I copy them to my final PPA and rebuild for production in amd64, x86, and ideally ARM too. I'm definitely under the 4 hour and 10 builds/week limit and would like to serve those running ARM systems. Please let me know if you need any more information from me.
