change import url for ~cmiller/minecraft/packaging

https://code.launchpad.net/~cmiller/minecraft/packaging

I asked for the https:// github url to be imported, but it should be the git:// one, right? I suspect it should be

git://github.com/chadmiller/minecraft-linux-support.git

instead of

https://github.com/chadmiller/minecraft-linux-support

It just needed a trailing ".git". I've fixed that, and it's importing successfully now.
