Where are the Transmission translation templates?

The transmission-common and transmission-gtk packages are available from the main Hardy repository and seem to be distributed by default with Hardy. However, the https://translations.launchpad.net/transmission and https://translations.launchpad.net/ubuntu/hardy/+source/transmission/+translate pages state that no templates are available ("Hardy transmission does not have any strings to be translated through Launchpad").

I believed having translation templates was a requirement to be in main, and if so, where are the "transmission" templates, if there are any?
