Please assign RACK Drivers team as Driver and Maintainer to RACK project

RACK team(https://launchpad.net/~rack) was the maintainer of the RACK project(https://launchpad.net/openstack-rack) but I deleted the team and recreate a new team(https://launchpad.net/~rack-drivers). Please assign the team as Driver and Maintainer to the RACK project.
