LP won't pick up amd64 build, but shows package as successfully built/published

Asked by danmb

In my PPA (https://launchpad.net/~danmbox/+archive/ubuntu/ppa/) I've uploaded a package ( google-apputils-python), but it only gets built for i386. I've tried re-uploading with a newer version number twice, to trigger a rebuild, but still amd64 doesn't pick up. Nevertheless launchpad show the package as build successfully/published.

What should I do to persuade LP to compile for amd64, or what could be the cause of the problem?

I think this is caused by "Architecture: all" instead of "Architecture: any" in the .dsc file

And as additional comment: As far as I can see from that package, there find nothing in it that is architecture-dependent. So you do not need an amd64 build (or a separate build for any other architecture). The package that has been built for i386 should install and work well also on other architectures.

Can you help with this problem?
