Gramps Launchpad Project is out of date

Hi,

The Gramps upstream project on Launchpad (https://launchpad.net/gramp) is not actively being maintained by the current maintainer. I have contacted Kuvaly a week or so ago, but I have not received a response.

As I am the maintainer of Gramps in Debian, I would very much like to keep this project up to date. In particular, one of the upstream Gramps developers would like to make sure that translators are translating the latest upstream master branch, and be able to pull these upstream to avoid duplication of effort.

Is there a way I can be made a "joint maintainer", or a "driver", or have the project handed over to me?
