I have signed the Code of Conduct over 6 times; have been a member for over 5years; I have to reload Windows and reload Ubuntu 14.01 LTS . Have tried for Three days now to get this issue resolved.

Code of Conduct will not go in; eventhough I have signed it over 5times. I am a returning member that has had to reload after a crash; I have to reload Microsoft Windows 7 to allow HP to update my computer( HP Pavilion p7-1225 Desktop, Operating System: 64 bit; Processor: AMD A8=3820 APU with Rodeon TM HD Graphics x 4. I then have to reload Ubuntu 14.0.4.1LTS (Trusty). Can Not get PGP Key to load; eventhough I have renewed it twice recently.
