Do you have some way to prove you own the account? For example, do you remember the password, so you can still log in?

The account can be recovered by email, password, OpenPGP keys, SSH keys, or some other evidence that you own it. Security questions aren't supported, and without email access they cannot be sensibly used to verify identity anyway.
