Register as owner/admin of project

I am the main developer of IRM, and want move development to launchpad.

The current admin/developer of IRM is Matt Palmer the previous dev.

The original package was copied from debian, and was 1.5.3.

The current dev version is now 1.6.3beta

Could I be added as the main Admin of this project.

My username/account is budgester.
