Delete project.

Please could you delete this project - https://launchpad.net/oswitch? It's an empty, new project that I created fiddling around with launchpad. What I really needed was a ppa and not a project. And I've been able to create one - https://launchpad.net/~yeban/+archive/ubuntu/ppa.
