Request ARM builds on ppa:teward/znc-teward-staging-trusty+

Like the PPA I do for ZNC, I have a separate PPA for my fork of ZNC.

In that fork, I have additional changes and modules included. It also has two staging PPAs, due to the nature of the build environments (Precise needs many additional PPAs, and g++ versions from the ubuntu-toolchain-r/test ppa which will break other builds).

The https://launchpad.net/~teward/+archive/ubuntu/znc-teward-staging-trusty+ PPA is the staging PPA for Trusty and later. As I know several people who might want this fork for ARM builds, I would like ARM builds to be enabled on this PPA.

There will be infrequent uploads (with only the initial uploads for Trusty, Utopic, and Vivid going up today), and is unlikely to change in the future. This also has been build-checked and should build in all versions of ZNC and Ubuntu versions. (There should not be any build failures)
