Suggestion: add a tool to rate translations

I think it'll be good to add a rate button beside of translation suggestions. for example 4 people suggested translations for a word, and I think one of them is better translation than others, when I see them. then I don't need to write that translation again, and just will rate the better one. and it'll be a good way to have better translations.
think about it and decide.
