how to check official mirror applications

Launchpad staff don't handle Ubuntu mirrors, but you can ask the person listed as the vanguard in the topic of #ubuntu-mirrors on irc.freenode.net, or open a ticket by sending mail to <email address hidden>.

I am a bit confuse.
So, Launchpad staff doesn't handle Ubuntu mirrors, but official application for Ubuntu mirror is handled on Launchpad, at least that what I been told on Ubuntu mirror mailing list.
So, I assumed there is a way to check the statuses of my repository or its application is on Launchpad was wrong.
Just send data, and wait is all I can do concerning Launchpad, right?

Launchpad hosts all kinds of different things, most of which are managed by groups other than Launchpad staff; there's no way it could scale otherwise. As far as I know, mirrors are either approved or they aren't, so there's no intermediate "status" to report. I believe that the relevant sysadmins are just short-staffed at the moment.

That make sense. and all I have to do is bother those who are responsible. :)

Anyway, even intermediate "status" doesn't exists, whether or not approved or denied should be available.
I am hanged up because not able to do anything.
I tried to re-enter the mirror, but rejected because it said domain is already on the record, but not able to find any documentation on our domain. (There was a period of few weeks between first entry and retry)
