Requesting more space in two PPAs

Hi,

I'm backporting Qt 5.4 from Vivid for the Ethereum project, and bumping against the 2GB limit in my personal PPA at ppa:caktux/ppa which I use for testing builds. I suspect that ppa:ethereum/ethereum-qt will also need to have its limit increased.
