How to get the access token to fetch Launchpad project data?

I want to fetch the launchpad project data usinf request token. How can I do that??

In other words, on my site I want to display the Launchpad Project (Eg: openstack) data. But first I want to check authenticated access for my website user, whether he is an existing user of Launchpad or not.

Pls help with any suggestions.

What exactly do you want to check about the user? Team memberships? If you just want information about the user, you should use OpenID with Ubuntu Single Sign On (https://login.ubuntu.com/).

If you want to authenticate to Launchpad as the user, I'd be interested to know why. It's rare you'd need to do that, and it will make users reluctant to use your website.
