Launchpad.net just provides the PPA service which allows our users to publish packages. We don't control the contents of PPAs, so you'll need to contact the owner of that PPA.

Ah, sorry, I've just seen that you *are* the owner of the PPA. I've enabled armhf builds for that PPA, but let me know if that wasn't what you meant.
