Hi,

please build PeerGuardian Linux (pgl) on arm.

It's located on:
https://launchpad.net/~jre-phoenix/+archive/ubuntu/ppa, in some rare cases I publish preview releases on https://launchpad.net/~jre-phoenix/+archive/ubuntu/pgl-experimental

It meets the criteria from https://dev.launchpad.net/CommunityARMBuilds:
- Build time should be around 5 minutes, definitely below 30 min.
- The last build was 52 weeks ago (will be a bit more frequent soon again, but way below 10/week).
