Related question: How can a FAQ be deleted by a project admin?

AFAICT there is no option in the web interface to actually delete a FAQ in the Answers section once it was created (at least I fail to find one, even as member of the project's admin team). The one mentioned above (which was created by a spammer who's account has been deleted since) is quite annoying, since it is listed rather prominently on the project page, at the top of the list of available FAQs. Any information on how to best proceed to get this spammer's traces removed from the site (or from the project's pages) would be highly appreciated.

A quick workaround is to modify the question and replace it by something reasonable.
You should be able to do that if you are answer contact of the project.

Does this mean there is indeed no way to delete a FAQ once it has been created?

I do not know a possibility to delete a FAQ once is created; maybe the Launchpad admins can delete FAQs.

I recommend you use https://answers.launchpad.net/inkscape/+faq/2638/+edit to modify the one that has been created by the spammer.

see e.g. https://answers.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+faq/1937 for a similar issue in another project.

Can you help with this problem?
