New translation group for Jisko

Hello,

We need a new translation group for our application, called "Jisko" [1]. It will have languages like Spanish, Catalan, Basque, Galician...

I think that the group must be called "jisko-translators" and his description will be "Jisko Translators is the group designed for people who are interested in the translation of the Jisko project".
