Request for ARM builds on ppa:goby-dev/ppa and ppa:dccl-dev/ppa

I would like to be able to provide my users with armhf packages in these two PPAs: ppa:dccl-dev/ppa and ppa:dccl-dev/ppa

Both projects (https://launchpad.net/goby) and (https://launchpad.net/dccl) build in <30 minutes and have infrequent releases (normally less than one build per week).

Assuming one of those was meant to be ppa:goby-dev/ppa, I've enabled armhf and arm64 on both.
