As the project creation form suggests, please use https://staging.launchpad.net/ for testing instead of production. staging's database is a throwaway copy of production's, where you can make any mess you want.

I've removed this project.

As feedback: The area where the button is it's not entirely visible at first glance, it wasn't until further scanning of the page that the button (even with it's green background) caught my attention.
