ARM build request for Kodi fork.

I got an ARM builds already for Kodi but I would like to add a testing repository. It should not increase the amount of builds as I plan to push to the testing repository and after a release is deemed stable, I would copy the packages (as binaries) to the actual repository.

My new Kodi testing repository:
