Assign ~qnmap as a project maintainer for qnmap project

Hello,

I need ~qnmap team to be the maintainer of the new project qnmap.

I am currently working on a new ubuntu touch GUI for nmap, other developers are interested in joining the team.
I have created the project but I do not own maintainer rights yet. So I started the first 6 commits on my personal branch :
https://code.launchpad.net/~ahmed.sghaier/qnmap/0.1

Please consider updating the project maintainer to ~qnmap or ~ahmed.sghaier

Done. In future, when creating a project that you intend to maintain, don't select the "I don't want to maintain this project" option.
