Change owner of plowsharepackagers

The owner of the plowsharepackagers team was inactive for a long period. They did not reply to messages from plowshare's upstream maintainer or myself (the debian packager) other than to eventually approve my request to become an admin (without comment). They have not replied to further messages, and are no longer involved with the project in any capacity. Can I be made the owner of the team as the sole active packager?
