please import gdecrypt translation files

I'm the upstream author of gdecrypt and I'd like to sync my translations with my project. I've uploaded some ".po"s, and they're waiting for review.

We got around to reviewing the upload request before we got around to dealing with this question; in general there is no ordering between the two. We built up a large backlog of upload requests at the end of 2007, making it necessary for many people to prod us about requests, but we'll try not to let that happen again.
