Build a package on launchpad that requires a utility in backports

I'm trying to backport a package to Lucid. This package has a build-dependency on dh-autoreconf, which only exists in lucid-backports. Since launchpad ppa's can only use RELEASE pockets, how can I get launchpad to build this package and drop it in my ppa?

Launchpad PPAs by default depend on the primary archive's release, security and updates pockets. You can change that on the "Edit PPA dependencies" page.
