Please increase this PPA size
ppa:noobslab/apps - https://launchpad.net/~noobslab/+archive/apps/+packages

give me more than 4gb

You still have lots of packages there for EOLed Ubuntu releases (eg. Saucy). Removing them will free a good bit of space.

Actually for now I can't remove those packages but we have plans to do in near future. For that first we need to announce to our users, that will take bit of time.
Please give more space....

Ubuntu 13.10 no longer has security support; anybody who continues to run it should consider their machine compromised.

We won't increase PPA quotas to cope with users keeping obsolete series around.
