Can I have ownership of the pyOpenSSL project?

The pyOpenSSL project is owned by Registry Administrators. I'm taking up maintenance of pyOpenSSL and I'd like to use Launchpad to host the code and for issue tracking. The pyOpenSSL project on Launchpad isn't being used for anything right now. Can I have it?

Also, is that the "official" trunk branch now? If so, I can link it up to the main series for you.
