https://launchpad.net/efibootmgr/main points to linux.dell.com for upstream releases. efibootmgr has a new upstream maintainer, who is hosting it GitHub.

Thanks. Yes, if you could, please transfer ownership of the efibootmgr project (https://launchpad.net/efibootmgr) to me. You'll notice that I am the owner of the closely related efivar and maintain both in Debian.
