ARM PCL PPA builds

I need libpcl-1.7-all on all my BeagleBone Black(arm) boards and I really would prefer using a PPA.
Is there anyway to enable arm builds either in that Jochen Sprickerhof's PPA or my own?

I've enabled armhf builds on your PPA, but you'll need to ask the owner of the other one to request it themselves.
