No way of closing some bugs

We have 2 bugs that can't be closed, at least for python-ironicclient project:
- https://bugs.launchpad.net/python-ironicclient/+bug/1229324 (should be FixReleased)
- https://bugs.launchpad.net/python-ironicclient/+bug/1285530 (should be WontFix)
Using web UI I get either timeout or denied access to private page. Other team members are also unable to close them.

I also tried email interface, but got error with code ID OOPS-e8d6d3f568690e7d8aba05472445acd8.
What can we do to close these?

One more non-closable bug: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ironic/+bug/1285478 error code OOPS-cfed4e64197d57083f90765ecc50150 managed to close on 4th (!) attempt

The OOPS ID in the comment doesn't exist, so I suspect it was typoed or otherwise corrupted somewhere. And I can't investigate the timeouts you mentioned in the description, because you gave no OOPS IDs for them. Please try to reproduce the issue, and record any OOPS IDs or the precise text of any error messages that you receive.
