PGP Import Email Never Arrives

Asked by Eric Van Hensbergen

I've tried over the past several days to import a PGP key. I never get the email, I added an additional email account and got the notification that I was trying to add an email so it can't be a complete blockage in the mail pipe. My primary contact address is gmail. I have verified that my key is present on keyserver.ubuntu.com and I checked my spam folder -- is there any other log I can access to try and figure out why the verification email is never being delivered?

Can you try again now, recording the time that you made the request? If it doesn't arrive, let me know the timestamp and I'll have a look in our logs.

Hi,
I am not receiving the verification email on my PGP validation. It is been 2 days now since I have requested the same. It shows up "as key pending validation" on Launchpad. I can see that the key is registered with the Ubuntu keyserver using the receive-keys command. Can you please check on this to let me know if there is some issue.

Thanks.
