Launchpad.net's Glaring Failure to Allow Users to Edit Their Posts, Old and New

I think it's about time for Launchpad.net to realize its users' urgent need to be provided the basic capability to edit, revise or update their posts, old or new. I fail to understand why Launchpad's management has failed to perceive this obvious need through the decades. Has top management been slumbering at the top and nobody dares to awaken them?

I've been airing this matter off and on for a couple of years but not even one person has sympathized with me!
