Request trusty/arm64 for Linaro's PPA

Hi,

Could you enable arm64 for Linaro's PPA ?

Though I don't know the status about arm64 virtualized PPA support with QEMU 2.0. I'll be happy to beta test if needed.

The builders aren't running QEMU 2.0 yet, so there's no arm64 support. But we're working on that at the moment, and hope to start testing it on production within a couple of weeks.

It turns out that we need newer kernels on our builders, which is going to take a little longer to sort out.

We're still testing our new PPA build farm infrastructure, without which we are stuck on a kernel too old for qemu's arm64 emulation.
