enable ARM build on backbox/four PPAs

Hello there,
as you might know we have had ARM build enabled in our backbox/three build and we are now preparing for the new release which is backbox four.

So I'd like to ask to enable ARM build for "~backbox/four" PPA pls.

Our build takes less than 4 hrs and we have less than 10 builds a week as per requirements.

Looking forward to your feedback and would like to thank you in advance for your support.
