Changed mugshot, stays the same

I did a change of my mugshot. First, back to default. Checked my URL with another browser and the image was still the same.

Then I downloaded the default image and uploaded that as my personal image. Still, the old one is used.

I figured maybe it takes some time to be active but no, a few days later it is still the same.

So this feature seems broken, I cannot get rid of my old mugshot.

The image shown at the top left of the page is not the mugshot, but the logo ("An image of exactly 64x64 pixels that will be displayed in the heading of all pages related to you.").

Can you help with this problem?
