Request to increase space quota for ppa:rsalveti/qt-gles-test

This ppa is used as a test bed for the Qt packages built with the OpenGLES backend by default, so we can generate a custom rootfs that can be used by the Ubuntu Touch x86 emulator.

It's already over the quota because I copied over binaries from a different PPA (that ends up not being limited by quota it seems).

As it's currently using 3GB, I believe 5GB should be enough to cover additional builds.
