change email alias @Ubuntu.com

I've updated my profile emails.
I tried to set <email address hidden> has my primary email, but no emails are being fw to my account.
According to what i've read, it can take up to 48h.. but i've done this changes WEEKS ago.

Till this is fixed, i've changed my primary contact to my personal email again.

Please advice.

https://wiki.ubuntu.com/UbuntuEmail is the documentation on @ubuntu.com aliases. In particular:

"As the alias forwards email to your contact address on LP - please do not set your contact address for Launchpad to your Ubuntu email address. If you do, this will either result in a loop or your email alias will simply not be created. This is a known problem, please see bug #5292 for more information."

Your alias is <email address hidden>, forwarding to your preferred Launchpad email address. To get <email address hidden> you just needed to change your Launchpad username to fernandomiguel, which you've already done.
