OpenShot Project (http://www.openshot.org) is a group of open-source applications and libraries dedicated to delivering high quality video editing, animation, and playback solutions to the world.

A paragraph description of the project:
OpenShot Project is made up of many different applications and libraries, including libopenshot, a powerful and robust C++ API for creating animations and editing videos, and OpenShot Video Editor, a Qt-based cross-platform video editor. OpenShot is aimed at both amateur and professional video enthusiasts. If you are interested in contributing (programming, testing, translations, user interface, art / graphics, etc...) please consider joining the "OpenShot Developers" team on Launchpad.net.
