Re-activate the account gazaillegen

The account of one of my project members has been deactivated:

She doesn't know why this happened - but it might be because she recently changed her primary email address, and messages to her old one may be bouncing.

How can she re-activate the account?

(Obviously, she can't request this herself, as she cannot log in!)

The owner of that account at some point in the past explicitly deactivated it, and then requested that it be reactivated. It's currently active, despite the name. If the user can't log in, they'll need to contact SSO support at https://forms.canonical.com/sso-support/.
