Branch stuck in "Updating Branch..."

The following branch has been stuck in the "Updating Branch..." state for several days now.

I had the same issue with two other branches back at the beginning of February: https://answers.launchpad.net/launchpad/+question/243281

I'd fix it myself if I could but from the resolution last time the fix is for a member of the Launchpad staff to actually go in a fix manually. So could you fix this branch like you fixed the last branches?
