Increase size of PPA

Already asked before (https://answers.launchpad.net/launchpad/+question/244506), but we reached the quota now when trying to upload the next version.

Could you please increase the size of our PPA?

We are providing test streams for H.265 decoder conformance testing which are quite large (now 1.3gb source + 1.3gb package), so the 2 gig quota is not sufficient. Also 4gb probably won't be sufficient to have one release in the PPA and upload an update.
