Lost access to my old account (no access to email) while trying to merge it with my current account

Asked by Tal Kain

Dear support team, Good morning,

Since I left my old job, I decided to merge my old SSO account with my new account, while trying to merge the accounts I saw that the primary account's email is still pointing to my old work email which I currently don't have access to.

Luckly, I added a secondary email account that I used to reset my password.

The problem is that after trying to merge the accounts ("talkain" and "talkain-j") - I have been locked out of the "talkain" account.
Every time I try to get into the account and change its details, I get this error:

"Oops!
Sorry, something just went wrong in Launchpad.

We’ve recorded what happened, and we’ll fix it as soon as possible. Apologies for the inconvenience.

(Error ID: OOPS-f0c50c2f711d87ba9fc0ea8ce035a54b)"

Could you please help me merge these accounts into the same "talkain" account so I won't lose any work I already did using the first account?

Thanks in advance!
Tal Kain

I've hopefully fixed that account. Can you retry?

OK, I managed to connect to the old account. Thank you!

Will it be safe to try and merge them again?
