Increase size of PPA

Could you please increase the size of our PPA?

We are providing test streams for H.265 decoder conformance testing which are quite large (400mb source + 400mb binaries per architecture) and will update the package soon to include more stream variants, so the 2 gig quota is not sufficient.

The test streams should be architecture-independent, so you should put them in an Architecture: all package to minimise duplication. Additionally, that PPA still contains packages for Ubuntu 13.04 (Raring), which is EOL. If you're still running into the quota after those suggestions, I can increase it for you.
