Enable ARM builds for a PPA

Hi!
I would like to request for armhf builds to be enabled for
https://launchpad.net/~unity-team/+archive/phone-right-edge

this is needed to support our MWC (http://www.mobileworldcongress.com/) efforts, and i need to be ready with this by Feb14.
and good news is, we can take this ppa down after that.

armhf is already enabled on that PPA.
