Request for making a public PPA a private one

Hello,
We have one team that manages both some public PPAs and a private PPA. I'd like to create a new private PPA (that will contain beta builds for the current P³A). It seems it's not possible for me to directly create this new P³A. So I've created an empty public PPA:
https://launchpad.net/~delmic-soft/+archive/partner-proposed

Could you turn this PPA into a private one? (or hint me on how I can I do it myself?)

That PPA is private now. We're currently working on making self-service creation of private PPAs for public teams possible, so this'll be easier soon.
