Admin request: please update upstream repositories / series for GtkSpell

GtkSpell (https://launchpad.net/gtkspell) has changed the path to its main development tree in CVS. (new module "gtkspell3")
Actually there are the old series "gtkspell" and "gtkspell2" and main development is on "gtkspell3".
The LP project still has the "gtkspell" CVS module registered as the main line of development.
Can you create the series and import the appropriate modules from CVS?

I would also do it myself if I can be granted access.
