Change team owner

Would you please change the owner of openstack-ci-admins to openstack-admins? I am a member of both teams.

Monty can do it himself at <https://launchpad.net/~openstack-ci-admins/+reassign>. We prefer to only use admin privileges when there's no other option, so unless he's unavailable could you talk to him first?

Oh sorry, he's unavailable because he had his laptop stolen. We're trying to tidy up access controls as a precaution in case his credentials were lost.

Can you also make me (corvus) the owner of openstack-admins (for the same reason)?
